ABOUT ME

“It is never too late to be what you might have been” is a quote I kept returning to throughout my journey with chronic illness.

There are so many people not able to live the life they want and be the person they truly are because they are struggling with ill-health and anxiety.

Through supporting people to heal their nervous system and befriend their emotions, my mission is to help people trapped in the cycles of fatigue and anxiety to break free and be their whole self.

Because when people feel less frazzled and drained, they feel more able to share their unique gifts with the world and live the life they were meant to lead.

Hi, I’m Holly Jane. I discovered Therapeutic Coaching and EFT through my own struggles with my emotional and physical health. I tried many therapies over the years, such as CBT and counselling, but I found Therapeutic Coaching and EFT to be the most transformational for me. I knew I had to learn these skills so I could empower others to reconnect with themselves and improve their well-being. I feel honoured to be able to create a safe space for my clients to explore their emotions and move through the blocks that prevent them from living a full life. I am a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP, and an Accredited Practitioner member of EFT International.

In addition to my Level 3 Therapeutic Coaching Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching, I have also completed a Level 4 Therapeutic Coaching qualification in Working with Fatigue Related Conditions and I am an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner.

Alongside one-to-one sessions, I provide Introduction to EFT Sessions for NHS Social Prescribing community groups, an NHS Post Viral Fatigue Service Recovery and Maintenance Group, and a local women’s support group. I also co-run a creative wellbeing community group in Worcester, UK for people living with endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, PCOS/PMOS and similar conditions.

Before qualifying with a Diploma in Therapeutic Coaching, my love of art led me to study Art History with The Open University where I achieved a first-class BA Hons degree. I love learning about artists’ ideas and philosophies, as well as making my own art, and I bring this sense of curiosity and creativity to my coaching work. I believe creativity can be hugely beneficial to our health and I’ve done a lot of work over the years supporting people to connect with creativity for their wellbeing.
